Request

After booking:

The holiday home is reserved for you for 7 days after your booking. Please note that a binding booking is only made when the deposit has been received within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.

We ask for your understanding that we may assign the holiday home to someone else, should we not be able to post any incoming payments after this point in time.

If your booking request is less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, payment of the entire travel price is due within 2 days.

After your deposit:

As soon as your deposit has been credited to our account, we will get back to you with a reconfirmation and further information about your arrival.

We ask you to pay the remaining rental price two months before arrival. At this point in time, the deposit of EUR 500 and the final cleaning of EUR 140 are due.

Additional costs for free wifi, electricity, water and heating are included in the rent.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, ect. Are also provided free of charge. Tourist tax is also included in the price.

The deposit will be refunded within one week after the rental property has been properly returned.

Cancellation information:

• If you cannot start your trip due to national restrictions or border closings, all fees already paid will be refunded to you up to a flat rate of 30 euros if you inform us more than three days before arrival
• If you cancel for other reasons and more than 30 days before arrival, you will be refunded all costs already paid, with the exception of a compensation of 30 euros
• If you cancel between 29 and 14 days before arrival, you will be reimbursed 75% of the costs already paid, with the exception of compensation of 20 euros
• If you cancel between 13 and 8 days before arrival, you will be refunded 50% of the costs already paid, with the exception of a compensation of 20 euros
• No refunds can be made from 7 days before the date of arrival

If you do not start your trip, the deposit and cleaning fee will of course be paid back in full in all cases.
